RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind about the purchase made, received a different product or received a incomplete product: our products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery in most cases. Otherwise, we will ask you for additional information.
The products apply for return as long as they are in their original package, closed and unused.
To make the return from our page - verenize.com:

Choose a carrier of your convenience and a secure shipping method with tracking (the return guide will not be covered by Verenize).
Important:

You must return the product in the same condition in which you received it.

You must delete all personal information about yourself or a third party that may be present in the box in which the product returns, as Verenize will not be responsible for safeguarding this information.
Similarly, Verenize will not be responsible for other products that you mistakenly leave inside the box in which you return the product. Make sure you include the correct product, complete and with the requested conditions when you make a return.

Select the "Start product return section", enter the guide number and the parcel with which you sent the product.
Once the product is received, we will validate that it meets the aforementioned characteristics and your money will be refunded (it could take up to seven business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account).
If the product does not meet all the above conditions, we will not be able to refund money.
